Web IDE Full-Stack HTTP Status 503 ?

I had enabled all the required Roles.

Hi.

I am facing the same issue (503 status) in global account ID (CA3108318 - customer), Region Home [US East (Ashburn)], so I can't migrate all my projects to Web IDE- Full Stack. Please your help
