Then fire your print SAP and check the spool .&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Just do step by step approach and this can be resolved very easily.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Dear Sir,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;In report printing from SAP-ERP, There are some reports which are not being printing from one computer and the same are being printed from other computer by same user id.       <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Just to check ? you managed to solve your problem?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Probably I find two issues here&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1. if users are using frontend printing.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;They mught be having different printer setup and printer location.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So you have to look for their printer setting in windows as such for the default printer.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2 .In SAP the printer name shall be locl or local &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt; host  printer shall be set to  __DEFAULT&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;and Access  method shall be F&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It works fine.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;3 .You mentioned that excel is printing fine but sap it is not getting printed.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You have to see what printer are they using in SAP and what is the access type?Is the print immidiate is set for users under their profile ?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Troubleshooting&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;you can start from the sp01 and see the request for a printer or for a user.Drill down to see what is happening in the spooler?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;hope it helps.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Amit&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
