Transporting request using solution manager charm

Hi Experts,

I have upgraded solution manager 7.2 SP5 from 7.1 successfully.

Charm were also configured in 7.1 and upgraded to 7.2

we move transport request into satellite system using charm functionality.

we are facing issue as below:

When we import TR into satellite system using USER A credentials, it is only allowed

But I have copied this USER A as USER B and try to import TR it is not allowed to do transport,

Hence Charm TR moved is dependent only on one user.

please help me understand that this user A has been hard coded in the system.

if yes please let me know how to resolve this issue.

Let me ask you one question.

Are you importing transport manually or doing through background job as per SAP note :

Hello

It is difficult to find without access but let us try to help you investigate. as you have mention it is working with user a so it means charm setup is still fine post upgrade and you can work with user a, so it seems to be a problem of authorization with user b

does this user B has trusted authorization and import authorization in managed system or not in your case ?

sap recommendation is to have authorization for each users like this do perform the import so that only authorization users are allowed to perform this activity but you can also check below sap note which describes best practice and other relevant authorization/rfc users etc.
