Snapshot function Webi

Hello,

My colleague create a simple report on webi to count Purchase Order open, he run this report every week. And he write the result on an Excel Tab to create a history and a graph related last 6 months.

Webi can manage this function without Excel ?

Can you elaborate the above in a bit detail? What I understood is you need the rolling 6 month PO related information and you need to show the same on a graph as well.

Hello, thanks a lot for your feedback.

I created an example, I refreshed my report 01/01/2017, I received data regarding Open Purchase Order.

I open the same file 01/02/2017, I obtain result regarding February. Webi add this result to my previous result.

Idem 01/03/2017, Webi add this result to my previous datas.

The last example 01/12/2017, Webi add the result to all previous results and create graph regarding one year.

Of course every month I never touch the previous values.
