Data services excel load issues

Hi Experts,

We receive data extract from source system in excel files and I have following issues in loading it using data services:

File name has date and time appended ,requirement is to pick up today’s file and process it.
First 2 rows of excel are the report name and requirement is to get the header and data from 3^rd row.
Existing Column position keep changing with new field additions,for ex a new field might be added in middle rather than after last column which changes the column position of all the columns in right to it, is there a way to look for the column header name rather than column #.

Use a variable to specify the name of the Excel file and use it for the File Name in the file Format properties tab.
Use Custom Range line A3:X4 (with X denoting your last column) and check the Extend range property.
Not possible.
