MDM Training and Certification..???

Hi All,

I am working on SAP EP.

I want to attend the TechEd for Training on MDM. and also want to take the Associate Level Certification Exam MDM Associate C_MDMS_04 SAP Certified Application Associate - SAP NetWeaver Master Data Management (MDM 5.5) SAP NetWeaver 2004.

Can anybody suggest me, whether I am eligible for taking the Traning on MDM?

What skills are necessary for taking the Training and to work on MDM...???

Plz suggest me on this ASAP

Hey Developer,

The Eligibility Criteria :

In order to qualify for a certification exam, you must be:

1. "Full Conference" registrant with fully paid status on or before November 23, 2007 AND in possession of a no-objection certificate from your employer.

2. A registered SAP consultant (SAP employee, partner, or independent), OR an SAP Customer Core Competency Center team member, OR an employee of an SAP partner or customer in India.

In addition, it is required that you have:

1. Detailed product knowledge through SAP ramp-up knowledge transfer or SAP standard classroom offerings;

OR all of the below:

1. Must have served current employer for at least 12 months prior to the exam date

2. For Associate level certification exams, a minimum of 1-3 years of experience

3. For Professional level certification exams, a minimum of 3-7 years of experience

I need the Technology Skills required to take the Training?? Like, whether I should have the Knowledge of XI, ABAP,BW..??? What are compulsory???

Hello Developer,

As far as I know u dont require any certificates for participation in this certification test.

And regarding knowledge I am into MDM and I dont have any knowledge about ABAP, BW or EP.

But I do have some basic knowledge about XI.

Hi,

I have attempted the MDM Associate C_MDMS_04 certification. The certification that was being offered with SAP TechEd was valid till 14th Decemeber. I am not sure if you can still give it as per the criteria mentioned with the full conference registration. I was needed to give them my profile of work ex in SAP MDM. Based on that, they told me that I was eligible for the certification.

I have work experience only in MDM Console and MDM Data Manager. I would advise that you would need working knowledge in all the tools mentioned before attempting the exam. Atleast with my knowledge, the questions seemed pretty tough.

I have completed the MDM training.

I planned to go for certification exam.

What type of questions will be asked?

i dont have work experiance in MDM.

With out working experience certification will be tough?

please suggest me in this.
