SRM 7.0 process controlled workflow - automatic approval not working

Hi everybody,

it looks like the standard automatic approval process is not working: all documents (SC) are stuck in "in approval" status.

Tasks of TG 40000003 and TG 40000007 are set as "general" and all BC sets for automatic approval are activated.

I have tried using no evaluation ID (as per process scheme 3C_SC_600_000) or using eval. ID 0EV999 or 0EV000 with no success.

I have seen that this is a recurring problem and it has been already resolved, but no solution has been reported in the forum!

Could please anyone suggest the solution?

Hi ,

If you are in SRM 7.0 and SP 3.0 then there is note to fix similar kind of issue. what are you seeing in the workflow log. you can check the workflow log in swi6.

Hi Sarawan,

thanks for your help. We are in SP02. Did you refer to note 1043452? I applied it with no success.

Anyway, it looks like no workitem is created because noting can be found using BBP_PD or by using SWI6. Event coupling for class /SAPSRM/CL_WF_PDO, event READY_FOR_WORKFLOW to WF WS40000014 is active.

Any clues?

Problem solved with SAP Knowledge Base Article 1466930 released yesterday. Thanks SAP.
