Public Rfx&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2. Restricted RFX.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Public Rfx. -The RFx is publised in the website where any one who is not a registered vendor /bidder can access about the Rfx .If interested they can bid&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Restricted RFx --You are sending the Rfx  to  selected vendor/bidder who is a registered  vendor.there by you can know how many responses will come.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Regards.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;G.Ganesh Kumar&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
