We have SRM 7.03 and we need output bid invitation automatically after publishing.

Hello Raul,

so, if i understand your request, this means currently, when Bid Invitation is published, no automatic output is done?

Check if event schema for Business Object BUS2200 has the event PUBLISHED:

SPRO: SAP Implementation Guide > SAP Supplier Relationship Management > SRM Server > Cross-Application Basic Settings > Event and Event Schema for Alert Management > Define Event Schema

If it is OK, check actions defined for document output:

SPRO: SAP Implementation Guide > SAP Supplier Relationship Management > SRM Server > Cross-Application Basic Settings > Set Output Actions and Output Format > Condition-Dependent Document Output

For action profile BBP_PD_BID, check if action definition STANDARD_BID with Processing Type Mail Output has:

1) a processing when saving document (4) instead of Processing using selection report (1)

2) a correct schedule condition.
