"error in mapping" when transfer material_service from ECC to SRM

Hi, experts,

we are transfer service master from ECC to SRM(7.03), and it failed in SMQ2 in SRM with message "error in mapping" , while the material transfer is ok.

I check the SMW01, and no special message occured, just like the shotscreen:

Could anyone please provide me some suggestions?

Hi,

It seems that the transfer of service master failed. Do you want to replicate both material and service from ECC to SRM?

Please check all the relevant information for middleware transfer. There is no bug for this, but only caused due to incorrect customizing.

Please check all the mentioned points in this blog to make sure the customizing is correct, especially the settings for service.
