SRM Upgrade - From SRM 7.01 sp12 on NW 7.02 to SRM 7.0 Ehp 4 on NW 7.5 sp1

Hi All,

I want to upgrade the SRM system landscape [only ABAP stack] from -

The current version SRM 7.01 sp12 on NW 7.02 to SRM 7.0 Ehp4 on NW 7.5 sp1.

This is my first version upgrade and need your expertise help and suggestion with the approach.

I have come across some documents but not sure of the appropriate one to be referred.

1) SAP NetWeaver 7.5 ABAP - Preparation and Follow-Up Activities.pdf

2) SAP Supplier Relationship Management 7.0 Including Enhancement Package 4 ABAP.pdf

3) Update of SAP Systems Using Software Update Manager 1.0 sp15.pdf

4) Upgrade Master Guide - SAP NetWeaver 7.5.pdf

These will answer all compatibility and planning questions.

The master guide indicates - SAP Supplier Relationship Management 7.0 Including SAP Enhancement Package 4 Using SAP® SRM 7.0 and SAP NetWeaver® 7.0 Including SAP Enhancement Package 4

I want to upgrade SRM system to SRM 7.0 Ehp4 on NW 7.5 sp1.

I think the guide has information about NW 7.0

There are 2 things in my upgrade

1) Upgrade SRM 7.01 sp12 to SRM 7.0 Ehp4

2) Upgrade NW 7.02 to NW 7.5 sp1

Out of the 4 guides I mentioned, which one covers both the upgrades I am not sure.
