Purchaser is not able to view default folders of Cfolder while Rfx Creation

Hi,

Default folders (Collaboration, External Area, Internal Area) are not visible (screen shot is given below) to Purchaser while Rfx Creation. It is visible to other purchaser id. What could be the root cause.

Following roles are given to purchaser on Back-end system:

/SAPSRM/ST_PURCHASER/SAPSRM/EMPLOYEE

Following roles are given to purchaser on Cfolder system:

SAP_CFX_USER

Hello Vikram,

The chances are that the folder did not get created properly. Can you check the rfc user maintained for the connection to cfolder system. He needs to have lot of roles like sap_cfx_col_creator, sap_cfx_comp_creator

Thanks for reply. As per Standard SAP Role SAP_CFX_USER is sufficient. This role is already assigned to this User.

SAP_CFX_USER role is necessary for viewing the cfolders collaborations. Creation needs to be done via the rfc user and the roles i mentioned are must.

HI,

I checked with Basis. Roles like sap_cfx_col_creator, sap_cfx_comp_creator already assigned to RFC User.

Default folders are visible to other Purchaser id. Problem is coming in new Purchaser ID.

Can you please share the roles assigned to Purchaser, RFC user on SRM and Cfolder system(assuming both are different)
