Package number is not updating in table BBP_CTR_ITEM_MAP

Hi Experts,

When we try publish service master agreement from Sourcing to ECC, some times few service line under service items are not updating. We couldn't see complete details of master agreement (created in CLM), in outline agreement (under ECC).

In our investigation we found the table BBP_CTR_ITEM_MAP updation is not happening properly. The service item 'Package number' and sub package numbers are updating properly in tables EKPO and ESLL properly. But the details of package numbers are not updating in table BBP_CTR_ITEM_MAP.

We are basically trying to understand how and what point the table BBP_CTR_ITEM_MAP get update. Also possible reasons behind missing updates to table BBP_CTR_ITEM_MAP intermittently. Hope I am clear with my query. Otherwise please advice if further inputs required.

Note:

1) Our Sourcing system is with version 9.0.02 and we are ECC with SAPKH60505

2) As per our business process, the service Items, the Item group that the service item belongs to will be used as the basis for creating an OA Item. All service items in the Item Group will become service lines of the one OA item

Can you please advice on my above query?

We have upgraded our Sourcing system to 9.0.SP11 and we are ECC with SAPKH60510. But still have issues around table BBP_CTR_ITEM_MAP updating.

I think you are aware of limitations of Service Line items integration with ECC. Did you implement SAP Notes 1516322? It will be helpful to go thru the blog by Markus on Service Master Integration http://scn.sap.com/community/sourcing/blog/2012/09/05/implement-service-master-in-sap-sourcing-clm.
