    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hello Trinath,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks for your reply. &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I maintained the above settings in the system but still it is not working. &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also, the system is not generating any email notification for Created, chnaged, approved SC.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I checked in SOST andthere is no email notification in it. &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is it a bug in the system or is there any SAP notes availiable for this issue??&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please help me on this issue.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Mahesh.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hello Expert,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; We are implementing SRM 7.0 for our Client and we have configured N-step approval workflow.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;One of the business requirement is an alert or notification should be triggered to the approver if he/she doesn't approve the SC within 12 hours.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;For that i have configured in event and event schema in SPRO and maintained that event SC in transaction type SHC&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;SPRO--&amp;gt; Cross Application --&amp;gt;event and event schema for alert management.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;WF_APPR_LATEST_START--12 &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;WF_APPR_REQUESTED_START ---12&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But the deadline notifications are not triggering after doing the above configuration.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Could anyone&amp;nbsp; help me to rectify this issue?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Regards,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Mahesh.D&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi Mahesh&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Apart from that also you need to define recepient of notifications with SC Approver with role as AP Approver and choosing the appropriate check box&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But I m not sure about two steps u did&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Infact it sud be &lt;STRONG&gt;WF_APPR_LATEST_END &lt;/STRONG&gt;and &lt;STRONG&gt;WF_APPR_LATEST_START--12 &lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Regards&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Trinath&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
