Display Payment terms in Bid invitation

I want to display a standard field called BBP_PDS_BID_HEADER_D-PMNTTRMS (payment terms key) in the BID header screen).

How to do it?

Hello Fedor,

Which SRM version are you guys on? it is standard behavior how ever there is note for SRM 4 available please refer if you are on the same version;

Note 832522 - Transferring Incoterms and terms of payment into the bid

Hi Fedor,

So the issue which you are having is that you are not able to search Payment Terms in F4 Search help in Bid or you do not see Payment terms field at all? Can you please elaborate.

How can we add the field Payment Term in the RFX(bus2200)? now this fields is invisible.

Hi Fedor,

Please check the following ;

SPRO --> SAP Supplier Relationship Management --> SRM Server --> Cross- Application Basis Settings --> Extension and Field Control --> Configure Field Control --> Display Standard Metadata and Tables for Header Fields, In there see if you have below settings Visible and Enabled YES... If not then make the correction in order to show Payment Terms field in RFx.

Yes it is set. But field Payment Terms is invisible.

Hi Fedor,

Check the IMG section for RFX . Based on Bid type either single envelope or two envelope transaction type, You can check the option "Payment terms" in it.
