Hi,

If a supplier has multiple contacts, then it looks like that supplier on their end cannot change the Primary Contact at their end.

It has to be changed by the purchaser at the Buy side. Can someone confirm this?

Thanks,

Manoj

Hi,

You can check for the Supplier Manager Security profile. Under that goto Access Rights tab and look for Supplier management in the dropdown. For the Supplier contacts permission check if edit permissions is set to Deny or Allow. That probably drives the edit capability on the Supplier's side.

Hope this helps,

thanks,

Vikram
