RFx response rejection letter

Dear Guru's,

We need to enhance RFx response rejection letter to meet the customer requirement. There is a BADI for defining output settings.

No clue how to proceed ahead.

In the standard settings, there is no action profile defined for the BID Invitation response rejection/acceptance in the spro settings:

SPRO->SAP SRM->SRM Server->Cross Application Basic Settings->Set Output Actions and Format->Define Actions for Document Output.

Could you please help me how to proceed with defining custom output for response rejection/award?
