BRF Expression in PCW

Hi,

I'm new to SAP SRM 7.0. In Portal i want to create Confirmation using PO. In PCW Before that i need to verify whether the creator is Superior or user using expression. Standard FM /SAPSRM/WF_BRF_0EXP000. Can you guys help me how to check the creator in BRF expression?

Hi,

Q: In Portal i want to create Confirmation using PO.

-> You don't need workflow for this. You can directly create Confirmation from Confirmation tab.

Q: to check the creator in BRF expression?

-> You get Evaluation ID from BRF expression. Evaluation ID will get you to Process Approval Level. There you get list of approvers (you need to create levels).

P.S. When we debug we know the creator of SC/PO/Conf/Inv. Though you want to find it; you can get it using t-code BBP_PD.

Thanks for your reply. I have to check the PCAT value, for that i need to find the requestor. So how to check the user is creator or superior using BRF expression?
