Category for material group XXXX does not exist

Hi Experts,

In SRM i found error in SMW01 "Category for material group XXXX does not exist". So when i checked both tables from ECC (T023) & SRM (COMM_CATEGORY) this particular product category doesn't exist.

Then i replicate DNL_CUST_PROD1 object with R3AC3 & try delta load with R3AR4 but received error

I checked note 212666 7 as per that i deleted existing queue from SMQ2 & SMQ1 from SRM & ECC respectively.

Now there is no any pending queue in SMQ2 & SMQ1 but still i am getting above error & not able to replicate product category.

your help will be appreciated.

Hi,

Refer to the steps in the following KBA to solve the real error:

2525432 - Error COM_PRODUCT_API002: Category for material group does not exist

Although this is for CRM, the solution is same since both CRM and SRM use the same middleware to replicate materials from ERP side.
