SRM 7.1 SC approval "Avaiting Approval"

Hello SRM Gurus,

We are facing a problem, When ordering a shopping cart the status is always saying u201CAwaiting approvalu201D and there is no Preq created in ECC.

When ordering a shopping cart, It supposed to be an u201CAuto approval u201Cand it should create Preq in ECC.

The funny thing is that, It was working fine till yesterday and from this morning whatever the Shopping cart was created, The status is u201CAwaiting Approvalu201D. As we analyzed there was no configuration or code changes happen today.

I would be appreciating if you could share your thoughts and suggestions.

Hope there could be a problem with workflow, But we dint get any solution to overcome this issue.

System: SRM 7.1

Scenario: Classic

Shopping cart BRF auto approval Evaluation ID: 3C_SC_600_000

Also Please let us know if there is any temporary fix.

Hi,

What is the document status and workflow status in BBP_PD?

If workflow status is completed, probably follow-on document creation was failed.

In that case you can find more info in RZ20 or SC Monitor.

Hi Masa,

The Document status is "Awaiting Approval" in BBP_PD.

There is no error log in RZ20 for shopping cart. Is there anything like Workflow queue struck up in the system? Because it was working fine and all of the sudden it is not working .

Hi,

Ask you basis to check the SM21 t.code. It could be a momery issue. check SWE2 event linkage has been checked..

Also, please check at SC WFL log (SWI6) if there is any error on the WFL log.

You can check also at SM58 if there are any errors and SWe2 the event linkages.

We are also facing the exact same issue in SRM 7.0 One client scenario. What is the exact fix for this? Can you please elaborate?

The type linkage for Object type /SAPSRM/CL_WF_PDO has been unchecked automatically. This may happen sometime when there is some problem with Workflow processing.
