Hi,

You can use drag and drop, its why it was created in the first place.

If you don't like doing that, you could end the relation in time.

And then assign the user to the new Organizational Unit.

Or you could delete the relationship and assign the new one.

always refresh the organizational buffer when you're done (transactions SWU_OBUF)

Kind regards, Rob Dielemans

Hi,

I have following requirement & need advise on how to proceed

Q1. User A at position 500001 is assigned under node with org unit(O) as 50000xx1.

Now I wish to move this user under node having org unit(O) as 50000xx2

I believe that it is not a good practice to simply drag & drop the already assigined user.I have assigned user using Users_Gen in SRM Org Structure

Q2. If a user leaves organization or is being moved to other department & is no more required in organization structure, what is the option available for deleting the user. Is there any sequence that needs to be followed?

Thanks in advance for the support

sapjuly
