Starting queue demon not successful

While running the transaction SMWP as a suggested solution for u201C Not getting the material information from R3 to SRM u201C we encountered the following error under the head CRM middleware -> R&R queue demon -> Status of R&R queue demon is showing not running.

When we double clicked R&R queue demon to monitor its status, it showed the status as u201CHoldu201D with Red button.

We Clicked on each queue (AC_EXTRACT, EXTRACTBLK, EXTRACT, REALIGN, SUBCHECK) and changed its status from hold to Released by clicking on Release Queue Button.

Subsequently we clicked on Start Queue Demon Button to start the queue. In the process we got the following Error.

Error during aRFC (SAPCRM_MW_RR_000: RFC destination SAPCRM_MW_RR_000 does not exist.)

Kindly suggest the measures to take in order to overcome the above mention error to start the Queue Demon. Also suggest the recommended parameters to be monitored in SMWP transaction in order to see the transfer of Materials Data from R3 to SRM.

Hi,

Please go to SMQR transaction. Is there R3AD* queue in the list?

What is the status log in R3AM1 transaction?

SRM does not use full CRM middleware function. Some of queue error in SMWP is not relevant for SRM.

As suggested by you we have performed the following steps

step 1) I have executed the SMQR transaction. in the list it shows the following status.

Scheduler status : INACTIV

Last update (every 2 minutes) : 16.09.2010 16:13:26

Name of AS group (DEFAULT = all): DEFAULT

Number of Entries Displayed 22

Host ID : DQSRMCOM5507_DSM_00

Number of Active Connections 0

Cl. Queue name Type Mode Max. Runtime Attempts Pause Destination with LOGON Data

2) When we execute R3AM1 the following are the observation.

After running the Transaction R3AM1, we selected the object Name: Material and executed the transaction.

the result we got after execution is as follows:

Done MATERIAL 16.09.2010 16:13:26 10 DR3CLNT500 CRM

Note:- when we tried to pull the material price data from R3 to SRM of Catalouge material, the operation is success full. only the Material Master data replication is not happening.

kindly suggest the suitable remedy.

Hi,

"Done" status means successfull. I'm not clear your issue.

I guess you have not set correct filter setting in R3AC1. Please double check the filter setting.

To clarify the issue these are the steps that we have executed previously

In the process of pulling the material from R3 to SRM server we are facing the difficulty of not getting the material item code (product ID) not comming to the SRM server. The procedure that we follow is as under:

1) We execute the R3AC1: - This helps to set the filter for the product ID.

2) We execute R3AS :- It helps to know the destination from where the material should come. Thus we define the destination ie CRM.

3) We execute R3AM1: Here we give material code and it starts the initial load. Subsequently we monitor the progress of loading. After the completion of the process we get the message "Done".

4)Then we give transaction COMMPR01 to check whether the material is reflecting in SRM system.

But we get the message No Product found. In spite of getting DONE message as successful after the execution of transaction R3AM1, the material is not reflected in COMMPR0.

Also we tried this by deleting the queues through transaction SMQ1 and SMQ2.

Kindly suggest the remedy for not getting the product ID in the SRM server.

The filter setting for the Product Id:150000004146.are as follows:

Filter Option: Filter only in source database.

Hi,

I have Selected the button "Filter Sync R/3" and also checked the material in MM03 transaction. I am able to see the details of the material.

The R3 Team is able to create PR from that particular Material.

Please Suggest as what next needs to be done.

Is there any category under R3MATCLASS hierarchy in COMM_HIERARCHY transaction?
