SRM 7.0 How to add Purch Grp to Bid POWL seleciton criteria

I am looking to add Purchasing Group to the Selection Criteria of the Sourcing POWL in SRM 7.0. Any info on this greatly appreciated.

HI Krishna

POWL is controlled by POWL Queries which can be defined in Configurations in SRM. First check which POWL is being used in the Bid Search you are talking about, then check the query behind that POWL. You can then work on that query to have additional fields in search criteria if required.

The query is SAPSRM_OP_SOURCING_01_01 and the feeder is SAPSRM_FEEDER_RFQ. Can you tell me what transaction to use to modify this query?.

Hi Krishna,

As you mentioned the feeder type is 'SAPSRM_FEEDER_RFQ' ,

Feeder Class - /SAPSRM/CL_CLL_POWLT_RFQ - Enhance the structures '/SAPSRM/S_POWL_RESULT_BID - Line of the search result for Bid Invitations' ,/SAPSRM/S_SEARCH_RESULT_BID - Line of the search result for Bid Invitations with the new field you want to add.

and add that field in the search criteria of feeder in 'Adjust POWL Layout, Search Criteria, and Pushbuttons' in customizing (/SAPSRM/POWL_CUST transaction).
