SRM7.0 - Offline approval Email..

Hi exports,

I got requirement to send an offline email according to user language and I know it is possible.. But I donu2019t know whether itu2019s a configuration we need to do at only user master end or something else we need to do..

Please let me know what should I do here..

Hi,

It's just a simple configuration you need to do in user master end (SU01).. Just change the communication language of the user to who you want to send offline email in diff language..

/SAPSRM/OFFLINEAPPROVALSEND program have ability to read the communication language of the user before dispatching the emails..

Make sure that Business Partner of the User also has same COmmunication language as is there in SU01 record.

Do not forget to maintain the variant of report /SAPSRM/OFFLINEAPROVALSEND having the indicator selected for picking up language of recipient.
