P-card functionality

I have a couple of questions regardning p-cards.

1. Settlements are being sent by the card company and invoice is generated automatically but does the user need to create a SC for the expected amount first?

2. How many standard integrations can be used to recieve the settlements, do we need to do any development?

3. Which card companies have the best integration, can we choose anyone?

Hi Anders,

Answer to your second question is yes we need to do some custom development apart from standard development. In our system we have done some custom developments related to Pcard registration, Pcard Validation and all. I can't list all of them here but hope this will give you an idea. Moreover it clearly depands on your requirements upto what extent you want to have custom developments.

Thanks Jain,

The integrations that you developed did they have to do with the file that the card company sends or was it more for what was related to the user pcard registration in the system?

Does anyone know if a SC and a PO needs to be created by a user or if the system can generate those based on the settlement file from the card company?
