Merge delivery positions in WM TO

Hi guys,

If I have one delivery made like this:

position - material - qty

10 - material1 - 1000 pcs

20 - mat2 - 2000 pcs

30 - material1 - 3000 pcs

When i go for LT03 to create the TO for delivery it copies che delivery positions, creating one TO position for every delivery position.

Is it possibile to merge position 10 and position 30 to make picking easier and faster?

For example i would like the TO to be like:

position 10 - material 1 - 4000 pcs

position 30 - mat2 - 2000pcs

Hello Alberto,

A merge as you are describing does not exist in EWM and it is technically not possible to develop it. However, I think Combined Picking (see release notes EWM 9.4) provides features that will help you to implement the physical process as required.

Hi Rudy,

Yes you requirement is possible. this solution was already identified by coke and approved by SAP. the process name is Print on Demand. using that we can merge or mix different materials without an issue and this case is not possible with standard SAP. you can check with SAP for details.
