Push Production in PPDS

Hi Experts,

We have a scenario were there are 2FGs(Finished Goods) using the same SFG(Semi finished good).We have a excess of 500 in SFG.

While ding push production,

1. Is it possible to partially push the excess quantity to both the FGs ?

2. In case there are multiple excess orders in SFG which needs to be pushed , can it be done in a single go? currently we are able to push one order at a time.

3. Ones pushed we believe that the dependent demand is created as soon as raw material is available.

Please help clarify our questions.

Hi Rajan,

It's only possible to push one receipt at a time, but it is possible to partially push the excess quantity to both finished goods, as long as 1 receipt at a time is generated e.g select one source of supply and push 250, then select the second source and push the other 250.
