Disaggregation from Month to Weeks in IBP - Integers Only

Looking for a way to disaggregate to integer values only. EX: A 4 week month has a cumulative forecast of 1 ea, so with current disaggregation method, each week gets 0.25 ea. Is it possible to aggregate at the week level so a week does not get a value until a whole number has been accumulated or something similar? Basically we don't want to do it by rounding, but need weeks to only contain whole numbers (or 0).

Hi @KateBrown ,

The simplest way to ensure disaggregation results in integer values only is to change the number of decimals of the Key Figure from the default (6) to 0 decimals. This adjustment ensures that values are disaggregated at the weekly level as whole numbers.

For example, if the monthly forecast is 3 pieces and the month consists of 5 technical weeks, only three weeks will receive a value of 1, while the remaining two will receive 0.

The proportionality of the disaggregation can still be maintained through the time profile level (weekweight column, provided it is added in the KF setup, under Period Weight Factor settings).

Hi @Andrei_Lupu ! This did work, however the numbers on some items are far off their original quantities. Do you know how to view the calculations carried out to get these numbers so I can get a better understanding of the data?
