Incoterms on FO and FB

Hi all,

We are using SAP S/4HANA 2023 FSP01. At the moment, when we create the FO and FB, we are not seeing the incoterms field on the FO and FB. Based on https://me.sap.com/notes/0002244082, incoterms should be available on the FO and FB. The problem stated in this OSS note is more with why the incoterms are not copied over to the FO and FB. For us, we could not even see the fields, let alone verify whether the correct incoterms is copied over.

it is a bit confusing reading the OSS note also.

The environment include embedded SAP TM in SAP S/4HANA:

However, the products listed towards the end do not include the SAP S/4HANA system.

As such, I am seeking clarification here.

Hello,

The Incoterm field is available in the Terms and Conditions tab in the Freight Order/Rail/Ocean Booking.

In case you don't see this tab it:

follow the Oss note to ensure only FU with One incoterm are planning in the FO to be visible,

Hi Rogerio, thanks for the screenshot. I did look at the page layout but didn't realise that the terms and conditions are under Map. Appreciate that.
