Create Freight Settlement Document Button Shows an Empty Page

Hi,

In our system when i click on the Create Freight Settlement Dokument button (for a freight order), it just opens a new page but this new page is totally empty as seen in the pic. Do you have any idea? What can be missing?

Hi Karthikeyan,

Many thanks for your reply, if there was a problem with the profile, than we should get an error message, which indicates there is something wrong with the profile. (I tried by deleting the profile contemporarily) But as you can see at the most left bottom, all messages are success messages. But despite this, the page is empty.

Can you share screenshot of your Settlement Profile? I faced the same issue and it got fixed by correcting Settlement profile.

Hello Karthikeyan,

What is so strange is that, in the integration system and quality system the same settlements are used. In integration system everything works fine but in quality we have the empty page only. Since i have no authorization i can not see the profile in Q-System but i made them checked. There is no difference, i was told. Here is the settlement profile in I-System. What was the solution in your case, could give some hints to me?

Hello,

I hope your Freight Order is having Execution Status as "Executed". In my case, the execution status in Settlement profile is not matching with my FO status.

Also I can see Split/Consolidation Strategy is Blank. We can try with FSD_CREAT. But this might not be helping since you mentioned it is working fine in I-system.
