Production Gathering - APO

Hello,

As I use APO today, Heuristics calculate the production needs and place production order at the Finish Good level with an MOQ. I would like to gather the production of Finish Goods using the same recipees (defined in BOM) with a MOQ on the recipee level.
Is there a specific way to parameter BOM / Finish Goods or heuristics to do so and avoid the Finish Good productions using the same recipee to be spread all over the planning?

Hello,

Do you have same source of supply (PDS/PPM) or do you use multiple source of supply?

I think different production version with different lot size can help here.

Hello,

I am using PPM to activate links Finish Goods to Recipees and Raw materials. What I research is that heuristics follow a lot size on the FG level and a wider lot size on the recipee level. Thus it would gather productions using the same recipees (and not doing the gathering manually).
