SAP SCM or SAP APO

Hello Everyone,,

I have been working as a supply chain specialist for past 4 and half years as non sap user and I wanted to move to SAP now. Considering my domain knowledge I wanted to go with SAP APO. However, I found out that there is also a SAP SCM module.

I would highly appreciate if anyone could guide me with these two modules.
