IBP Optimizer Does not generate transport Requests

Hi Experts

We are currently experiencing issues with the Supply optimizer where it does not generate transport requests upstream to fulfil any consensus demand. The downstream plant have dependent demand generated only for certain periods until on hand stock is depleted, thereafter the consensus demand does not get translated into dependent demand to generate a net requirement that is pushed upstream to be fulfilled by transport and production receipts. What elements within the constraints could cause this to happen

Hello Ebrahim,

looks like there is some issue in your sourcing. Are the components for production available? Is there enough resource capacity?

Please run the optimizer explanation on your scenario. Then you will likely find the root cause for the missed demands.
