Code initiator for Consumption for Order from ERP to EWM is not filled - Why?

Hi Community,

i start a Consumption for Order in MIGO with 261...

A Outbound Delivery will be created and distributed to EWM...

In my Sandbox the System assigned the Doc Type OPC with ITEM Type ODPC but now in my DEV System it is a "normal" OBD with OUTB and ODLV

I checked the Code Initiator in the QRFC and i saw in Sandbox is fullfilled and in DEV it isn´t filled ...

I looked into so many Customizing Entries and can´t find the issue...

Can anybody helps me pls.. it is urgent.

Hi Stefan,

Can you cross verify below config nodes and verify if everything is maintained?

1. Do you have OPC and ODPC doc and item types configured in Dev system. I mean to say, did you activate relevant BC sets for consumption posting?

2 Did you maintain consumption configuration in below path for OPC document type for your warehouse?

SPRO -> EWM -> GI process -> Outbound delivery -> Production Supply -> Post Goods Issue for Consumption Posting

3. In below config, please check if entry DOG - PCD is assigned to OPC

SPRO -> EWM -> Interfaces -> ERP Integration -> Delivery Processing -> Map Doc types from ERP to EWM.

4. In below config, please check if entry DOG - DOGN - OPC is assigned to ODPC

SPRO -> EWM -> Interfaces -> ERP Integration -> Delivery Processing -> Map Item types from ERP to EWM.

As far as I know, we do not maintain any specific config to trigger code initiator.

Point 1 - i tried to find it out but i do not exactly know where i can check this.. maybe i have also no authorization...

Point 2 - is maintained like this: WH# OPC X 0 0 X X

Point 3 & 4 it is done

Hi Stefan,

For point1, check if there any BC sets that you need to activate in transaction SCPR20. You may search perhaps like *outbound* etc to get relevant BC sets for Production consumption process.

Also, check in below config node if OPC document and ODPC item types exists in Dev system or not.

SPRO -> EWM -> GI process -> Outbound delivery -> Define Doc.types for outbound delivery process

SPRO -> EWM -> GI process -> Outbound delivery -> Define Item types for outbound delivery process

i solved the Problem..
The PSA Staging Methode was 1 not 0 🙂 Thanks for help
