Check SNRO number range intervals.

Also, there might be some custom routines that might be affecting the number range.

Dear Experts,

We encountered an number range issue recently while creating inbound delivery automatically in the background. The whole process is automated and the data for creating the inbound delivery automatically is fetched from Ftp. The inbound delivery which has been created has number ranges which fluctuates largely and randomly without any specific intervals , and we have tried various solutions but could not find the actual cause. The actions taken :

1. Used Tcode :SM13 to check if there is any update terminations and found it to be nill

2. Used Tcode ST22 to check for short dump and there were no issues

3. We checked for any transports within the time frame when the issue first occurred and the transports were not related to the Number ranges or any delivery transactions.

4. We had not activated buffer for Number ranges so there are no chances of number range skipping

5.Checked for custom developments to check for any interference , but could not spot any issues.

I kindly request you to provide us a solution to solve this issue.

Thanks in advance

Regards,

Kamal
