APO CTP (SAP_PP_CTP): Order not created for product xx location XX date XX quantity XX

Hi All,

I am facing strange issue while during CTP process and searched the entire log files for the planning log.

Error message showing as Order not created for product XXX location XX date XX quantity XXX and message no: /SAPAPO/RRP327

already searched the SCN but I could find the any inputs on this. Please share your views.

Hi Vimal,

At the Product View, under Settings -> Planning Logs, please, set it to "All Logs".

Then, execute the Product Heuristic (SAP_PP_CTP) and check that it ends with the error.

Afterwards, open menu Goto and choose Display Logs. There should be some Planning and/or Scheduling logs providing more details on why the order could not be created.

For example, it's possible that a component is not available and that this resulted in error for higher level material.
