sxmb_moni error from TM to ECC System

when trying to create a sales order from tm to ecc it is getting below error.

Kindly help us to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

It looks like the system you are using for TM is copied from some existing system. So it already have the OTR numbers OR

The OTR number range got reset.

Can you please change the number range of in OTR type that this scenario will create and reprocess this message?

Check the number range in OTR type config.

Then go to SPRO-SAP TM-TM-FWO management - Define number range intervals for FWO and the edit same number range.

Hi,

Like Bimal said, you will need to change the number range. You can also just reset it to some future number by jumping.

Check the number ranges in t code SNRO> give object /SCMTMS/TQ

Config- TM> FWO Management> Define number range intervals for forwarding management

(just in case it confuses you, its the same for OTR/DTR's as well.. )
