Unable to Delete ATP order for Vendor

Hi All,

We have a vendor in APO which needs to deleted. We have deleted all dependent objects in APO for this particular vendor except ATP orders.

We have 21k ATP orders for this vendor but we could not able to delete.

We have tried many ways to delete like, /SAPAPO/SDORDER_DEL, We have checked table also /SAPAPO/POSMAPN.

We have found these orders in Table /SAPAPO/VS_SDSHP but we don't have any option to delete. we need to delete more than 21k ATP orders.

Can anyone help on this.

We have tried all possible ways to delete these ATP Order but still ATP orders are not deleted.

We have raised SAP OSS Message.

Hoping to get rid of this issue.

Hi Pravin

use program in SE38 - /SAPAPO/DELETE_PP_ORDER – Delete New Schedule line
Before that ensure that your External procurement relationship is maintained in SAPAPO/PWBSRC1
Select the order type accordingly. (if it is schedule line it is "BE")
provide the input, Product, Plant, etc,
Select the tick Boxes in Category
There is a provision to display/delete, first check display if it is ok then delete.
After that, release the schedules, /SAPAPO/PWBSCH1
If you have maintained any change pointers, send accordingly.

Still have any issues, please confirm.

Try /sapapo/rlcdel with category wise or order wise

I tried all possible ways suggested by SAP, by SCN gurus.

Finally we are taking help from ABAP guys to create report for deleting this ATP order qty for Vendor.

Waiting for report to ready.

Pravin,

You are telling us that SAP could not advise you how to delete these orders? If SAP gave me that answer, I would tell them that the answer is unacceptable.

You have either been asking the wrong questions, or talking to the wrong SAP rep. Go back to them and tell them to explain why they cannot give you a way to delete these orders. The only possible legitimate reason would be that you have created custom development that interferes with their software.

You are paying big money for SAP support. You should expect results.

Thanks for above points.

We have almost spent 2 months with SAP over this issue, but SAP had just suggested to check note 1411359,1738651 and execute report /SAPAPO/VS_CONS_CHECK.

As i said above, We tried all possible reports, Programs.

Finaaly developing ABAP Custom report...
