routing or PDS setting for CTM

hi Guys,

We face a production scenario as below.

the second operation is finite resource.

So CTM planning we would only schedule by the second operation.

but we found that the CTM would planning the other operations separate.

it would create the order that the operation is not one after another. it would have some gap in the order.

how to set the routing or PDS for this business?

Hello,

Could you please elaborate the business requirements in more details?

If you want to have the gap between the activaites you can use the Maximum Interval Between Activities in master data setting tab of CTM profile.

Also in routing there is an option for Maximum and mininum wait time in opeation detailes screen.
