Inbound delivery GR status completed, Putaway Not Started

For specific warehouse for an inbound delivery, WT is created and confirmed and GR is posted successfully. But still the putaway status in inbound delivery is set to "Not Started" and GR status set to completed.

Vice-versa GR posted before putaway, same problem exist in status update for putaway.

Hi Lakshami ,

Only GR status gets updated in R/3 . Why do you want to see putaway completed in R3 when EWM is used for warehouse management .

Which document category , document type , item type and item category you are using for IBD.

Hi Lakshmi,

Just check for the "Final Putaway Completed" confirmation check box in the storage type settings. Sometimes when we use POSC or LOSC, we don't set the putaway completed in case of intermediate storage type.

If checkbox is not checked then just check it if that is your final storage type and then try to post GR/Putaway again.

If is it happening for any specific delivery type, If yes please check status profile for header document type.
