System printing only one copy of HU label

Hi experts

We maintained condition record for the printer with number of copies 2. However system was printing only one copy of HU label.

Later we changed the setting under SPAD -> Choose the printer -> Output attributes -> Copy counter -> choose "Pass copies as separate output requests (in SAP system)".

Even then system is printing only one copy of HU label.

Did we miss anything else?

Please suggest. I appreciate your quick response on this.

Hi Ravi,

#No of Copies# in transaction /SCWM/PRWO6 or /SCWM/PRHU6 is not the actual number of copies. This is more an index how the number of copies is determined.

Please use the F4-Help on this field and you will see that index 2 means 'Number of Copies' = 1.

This field is different from the one in transaction /SCWM/60000431 - Maintrain WH specific Printing Parameters

There you really enter the actual number of copies for your document. But this number is only taken if you set the index in /SCWM/PRWO6 to '0'.

So maintain "No of Copies" is spool Parameters .
