EWM Queue Container Edit - DLV*

Hello,

Hoping to get the help of some experts! I have some queues in SMQ2 that need editing. Specifically I have a scenario where a warehouse that ships HUs shipped a STO to a warehouse that does not receive HUs now the delivery is stuck in SMQ2 with message "HU number xxx is internal and cannot be assigned externally". I would like to edit the DLV* queue container and remove the HU number from the HANDLING_UNIT_HEADER and HANDING_UNIT_ITEM. I also have another instance where a DLV* queue is stuck going to EWM because the OPC delivery is missing a Production Supply Area (it was missing in the Work Center).

I have done the configuration and am able to edit queues within most function modules but I cannot seem to edit DLV* queues which have a FM of /SCWM/*. (i.e. FM - /SCWM/INB_DLV_SAVEREPLICA). Essentially I want to add FMs to the table in tcode /SPE/MQWL_CUS for editing. As you can see below their aren't any /SCWM/* FMs listed. Seems as if this would be possible, but perhaps there is a limitation.

I have followed the SAP document on queue editing and have changed the "Report for Container" field from /SCWM/QRFC_APPL_LOG_DISPLAY to /SCWM/ERP_DISP_QIN_LOG_EWM as specified in the document. All other config seems to be in place. Just can't seem to to get addition FMs to show up as selections within /SPE/MQWL_CUS transaction.

Any experts in queue container editing? Thank you for your help in advance!

Hi Yvonne,

the queue editing is only for inbound queues on ERP side (so queues that get sent from EWM to ERP). Therefore they also have the /SPE/* namespace.

Inbound queues on EWM side (so queues that get sent from ERP to EWM) can not be edited.

This is also the reason why you will not see any /SCWM/* function modules in /SPE/MQWL_CUS (as this is on ERP side). You can also not edit any other functions as what SAP has delivered.
