Enable to close the Incident, if one task is not closed

Hi experts,

We are Enable to close the Incident (We are using the title as audit - enclosed the screen), while we didn't close one task.

Without closing of the task, can we close the Incident. We are getting the below error.

Here I enclosed the screenshot.

Please suggest me.

I have checked in sap documentation.

Dear Sateesh,

If any corrective action is initiated, incident cannot be closed unless it is void or closed. Kindly complete the task first and try closing the incident. Your image files are not legible.Kindly use mspaint or any other application to view them properly.

Thanks for you reply.

Actually we have created 4 tasks, all are completed (closed and cancelled/void). Even it is showing the error message that one action is pending (see the error message above).

and one more thing, one action is consuming 2 and 3 task ids.

Please give me clear screenshot 3 one is void I guess, please cancel process for 3rd one. & Try to close the incident.

One action consuming 2 to 3 Task ids?

How it is possible can you provide screen shot on that tooo......
