    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Dear Sia&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;only slight "add on" to explanation of Gopi:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Normally you use EHS-BD and EHS-SAF to prepare the data; then you do the "DG filling" and create the DG master; the DG master must be released by regulation; if not and you would like to use DG check in SAP SD then e.g. may be errors are coming up (depends on your set up).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Generelly a good idea is to take a look at the "best practise" approaches delievered by SAP; these are mentioned here as well.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;IN context e.g. of phrases and other stuff: you can do market research; a lot of companies provide e.g. phrase libraries; rule sets, MSDS templates and other stuff so that the set up of a SAP EHS system is facilitated.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;C.B.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
