Unable to send email to external "lotus" system

Dear Frendz,

I have a requirement to send the email on the cproject task completion status to the person responsible.

One Option which i thought is about workflow "WS00700019" to activate with the following configuration:-

1> In transaction BSVX,

StatusOT : (DX7)

BusinessOT : (BUS2175)

Event : (COMPLETED)

Status (Under Status Restrictions) : I1702

2> Settings in the SAP menu under Tools ® Business Workflow ® Development ® Definition Tools ® Events ® Event Creation ® Change Documents ®

2.1> Overview (transaction SCDO)

Enter DPR_PROJECTS in the table.

2.2> Define Workflow Properties (transaction SWED)

Change document object: DPR_PROJECT

Leading table in change document: DPR_PROJECT

Change document key with structure: DPR_PROJECT

Action: Change: X

Structure: DPR_TS_BUSINESS_OBJECT_KEY

Function module: BAPI_BUS2175_OBJECT_KEY_SET

2.3> Linkage (transaction SWEC)

Change document: DPR_PROJECT

Object category: BOR object type

Business object type: BUS2175

Event: CHANGED

On change: X

Even I have activated the standard workflow "WS00700019" in T-code: SWDD

Also I have configured SCOT where mail host entered is of "Lotus Mail"

After doing all these when i change the task status to "complete" do get the trigger of workflow in T-code: SWI1

BUT NO MAILS ARE DELIVERED TO THE RESPONSIBLE PERSON OF THE TASK. (Email address is updated in the BP creation of that person responsible).

System used is Collaboration Projects 4.5.

Let me know if i have miss some steps in the above.

Hi Yateen,

Can you pls share how you getting person responsible - Task.EMailAddress, Task.EMailAddressResponsible in BUS2175, I checked but its not populated in attributes. Is there any config required?
