Add Object information in the portfolio management

Hi,

I want to add a link e.g. Notifications to the object information in the portfolio management. How do I do this?

Please assist as we want to change different roles in RPM.

Hi Siyabonga,

As per my assumption you want to add a custom link in one of the Object Information tab.

We have done something similar for item and have added two buttons on the item Overview screen.

We did this by creating a custom WD ABAP component having two buttons and their logic.

The on the Item Overview Page on the PPM portal we added this WD ABAP application as an iview.

In this way we were able to add the buttons on Item Overview page.

We have tried to add our custom development in the Item Overview page but we are struggling, may you please provide steps on how to add custom development to this page.

Hi Siyabonga,

Create a iView and a page with your custom application and add it as a delta link in Portfolio Hidden workset.

Go to SPRO and provide the PCD ID as below in the SPRO.

PCD ID: com.sap.pct.cprxrpm.port_hidden/<PCD ID for Page>

SPRO Path:

SPRO -> SAP xApp Resource and Portfolio management -> Global Customizing -> Process and service settings -> Define Navigation.
