Hi,

we have a CFOLDERS system based on SAP Netweaver 7.0, CPROJECT 4.5 SP7 with document saved in the internal repository.

For indexing documents we use TREX (we have installed TREX 7.1 patch 41 - last patch available).

We have also applied this notes:

1289115 CFO: WEBDAV: Special characters in folder names PLM-CFO

1328562 Field group does not work with folder category PLM-CFO

1403228 Search does not find all possible search results

1431132 CFO: WEBDAV: Special characters in folder names II

We have configured customizing as described in documentation (note oss 1015019) and it seems working fine,

but we have many documents not indexed (I can't see some metadata in query results) and full text search does not work.

When report RSTIRIDX runs for indexing documents we have many errors in application log (transaction SLG1) like this below reported:

Exception 3 for SDOK_IDXSPC_PROPERTIES_GET for class CFF_VERS, phys. doc. DEA91E6F47EFA4F1AA990050569962E2

Diagnosis

An error occurred when you called module SDOK_IDXSPC_PROPERTIES_GET.

System Response

Exceptions:

1:

No index space is defined for the class.

2:

The given index space does not exist.

3:

The given document does not exist.

Procedure

1. Maintain the index space for the corresponding document area.

2. Define the index space in table SDOKIDXSP.

It seems that kpro technology is required (we don't use KPRO to archive cfolders documents).

In the transaction SKPR07 in the Extras Tab (Problem cases) there are many documents ID with error code 1401 or 1496.

Could you help me ?

Thanks

Maurizio Manera

Edited by: Maurizio Manera on Nov 2, 2010 6:37 PM

Maurizio,

Did you ever resolve this issue? We have just recently implemented the same and we are experiencing the same issues.

Thanks,

Doug Putman
