Question Re: How to show the project on dashboard for the resource who did nothing in Product Lifecycle Management Q&A

Hi,

The user should have atleast "Read" authorization for the project, so that the details for the project are visible on the dashboard. It is not necessary that the user should be "responsible resource".

In case the user is assigned only as a resource, atleast the "read" authorization should be provided for the project via ACL manuallly. Or else use "Default authorization for Project role type" in Project role customizing, so that the user gets authorization automatically on staffing a resource.

Regarding populating the list of projects on Dashboard, you can make use of "Favourites". Need to add the current staffed projects for a resource as favourites through a custom development.

Regards

Sejo
