    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;HI..&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You can have Risk Assessment for a particular Work area or Functional Location. This can be configured in SAP EHS - IHS sub module. &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;In your scenario, you can have Risk Assessment before carrying out a Maintenance process. Assessment involves the Severity rating, Rating on the Probability of occuring Risk. Based on these ratings, you can have a Risk Matrix calculations and then determine whether Maintenance could be carried out.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;There are multiple BADIs available for Risk Calculations.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hope it works..&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Regards,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Raghu&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

Which we are called HAZOP in real rime scenario also. In JHA you can determine the risks in for Each and every step of the process . and can do the Risk Matrix determination depends on severity and Likely hood of the risk and you can review the existing available measures in the process and can determine the new measures for reducing the risk rating from high risk to low risk .. in this process you&amp;nbsp; can raise different tasks (Maintenance , Service ,Quality Notifications) for implementing new controls. once risk rating is reduced.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Balajee&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
