cFolders - SRM Integration. Collaboration Not created from Bidder

Hi All,

We are using cFolder Integration with SRM

While an RFx is published by the Purchaser, a collaboraton is automatically created and the invited Bidder have READ acces to it. But when the BIDDER logs on and tries to create a bid, collaboration is not automatically created.

I belive a private area in the collaboation should be automatically created. but this s not happeneing, says its authorisation error.

Any role apart from SAP_CFX_User to be given to the Bidder user?

Hi Aby,

Could you please share what cfolder and user authorization you applyed so that bidders private area is created while creating bid response at the same time the bidder is not able to view or access other bidders private area including public area.

I am facing the similar problem.. the oss note that you applied is available in our system.

Still the private area is not getting created while creating bid response.

If we give none authorization to the public folder to the bidder then with his login ID system does not create the private work area. Only with cfolder administrator role to public area system creates the private area but it also give access to other bidders private area, which we do not want.

Bidder has the cfolder user as well competitive collaboration folder creation role.

Did you manage to fix with the standard roles or do we need to enhancement to control the authorization?

Please advice!!
